Renew Membership
- All officers in the Education Service (Inspection Branch), serving in the districts. in the Education Directorate or deputed to West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education and such other Boards and Councils under the Government of West Bengal are eligible for membership of the Association.
- Each member shall take an oath of allegiance to the Association by signing declaration in triplicate in the form annexed to these rules and pay monthly subscription regularly. He/she may also be required to pay donation as may be fixed by the Central Committee/District Committee from time to time for meeting the emergencies.
- The membership of each member shall have to be scrutinized and reviewed every year by the District Committee for maintaining a correct membership list and send to the CEC for ratification and record.

For Renew Membership, please follow the instructions given below:
Step 1: Read the instructions carefully.
- Step 2: Please download the .pdf format of Individual Membership Form (Renewal & Fresh) of Paschim Banga Vidyalaya Paridarshak Samity (click here to download).
- Step 3: Please fill-up the printed hard copy of downloaded form (Individual Membership Form) in triplicate and put self-signature.
- Step 4: Please take recommendation / approval from District i.e., signed up by both District President and District Secretary, Paschim Banga Vidyalaya Paridarshak Samity. (No need to take signature of General Secretary, P.B.V.P.S. at this stage).
- Step 5: Please pay the annual monthly subscription and collect the subscription bill.
- Step 6: Fill-up the online format of Individual Membership Form (Renewal & Fresh) of Paschim Banga Vidyalaya Paridarshak Samity (click here).
- Step 7: Submit the hard copy of Individual Membership Form (Renewal & Fresh) of Paschim Banga Vidyalaya Paridarshak Samity in triplicate to your District Secretary, Paschim Banga Vidyalaya Paridarshak Samity.
