VISIONS & MISSIONS:

The Visions & Missions of  the Association is like this:

  1. The Association shall strictly be a non-political organization only meant :
  • a) to assert and establish the Fundamental Rights of the officers within its purview.
  • b) to safeguard the economic interests of the officers within its purview.
  • c) to improve the pay, service conditions, prospects and status of the members.
  • d) to establish equality of rights and privileges in matters of pay etc. for the officers doing the same nature of work and same responsibility, irrespective of race, religion, creed or sex.
  • e) to establish security and permanency of their services.
  • f) to make arrangements for the prosecution of deference of any violation of rights relating to the Association or any member thereof. 
  • g) to devise ways and means with a view to helping the members and their families in times of distress and render help to any member who may have suffered for the furtherance for the cause of the Association.
  • h) to promote cordial relation and create fellow-feeling and unity among its members and other employees in general; to conduct and perform research work for development of education in general and school education in particular and also to publish therefor such documents, articles, matters, books etc. as are deemed to be parts and result of the research work.
  • i) to foster cultural development through literature, social gatherings, amusements, sports etc..
  • j) to find out ways and means for the development of education and help Government in introducing administrative reforms in the field of education, in conformity with the spirit of the true democratic set up, improving efficiency in administration for the cause of the nation; and to participate in the formulation of curriculum. syllabus, ways and means and techniques in the field of Education in general and School Education of the State in particular.
  • k) to hold in service Training Camp/ Orientation of the members of the inspecting cadre in order to familiarizing with the up to date concept, policy and scheme of the Government relating to qualitative improvement of education and furtherance of education for all.
  • l) to co-operate Government in respect of implementing the scheme of elementary education towards removal of illiteracy and making social awareness.
